1. Intellectual Property

All assets, source code, and designs are the exclusive property of Julio Mena. Purchase grants a license to use; redistribution or resale of the source code is strictly prohibited.

2. Licensing

Single License: Use for 1 final project.
Agency/Pro: Unlimited projects for the license holder.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products (source code), all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access is granted.

4. Privacy

Payment data is securely handled by Stripe/PayPal. We only store your email to deliver product files and critical updates.
